Homecoming 2011
The Webb Family celebrated Homecoming on May 21st. This year’s alumni/ae spirit was bolstered by a fantastic Retirement Banquet the previous evening for Dean Roger Compton and Professor Jacques Hadler. Saturday’s Homecoming activities included the perennial schedule with several exciting embellishments. Students presented highlights from their Winter Work experiences, insight into what current Winter Works entail, and a summary of the Leadership Program. President Olsen dedicated the new Waterview Dining Room and the Thorpe Field Scoreboard. The day of class reunions was capped off by a Webb Family Singers reunion, and their presentation of “Willie Webb’s SNAME Follies.”
