If you don't have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, you'll need to download a free copy so that you can read the PDF format.

• High School Record Release
• Recommendation (remember, you'll need two recommendations!)

Reminders:

• Be sure to include the $25 application fee and a copy of your birth certificate or other proof of citizenship. (See Options & Checklists)
• Be sure to look for a note from us indicating that we've received all your materials. If you don't get such a notice, that means things haven't arrived at Webb.
